A Guide To Authenticity: The Antidote To The Inauthentic Life

I wrote this short eBook through personal experiences of living my ‘inauthentic life’. By exploring the foundations of my unhappiness, I’ve been able to put together the ideas shared in the text to assist others in their search.

You may have been relatively ‘successful’ at different things (at least how society defines success), but there is something that doesn’t quite scratch the itch. Something that feels slightly uncomfortable stops you from being at peace with yourself and life itself.

That persistent niggling feeling of ‘not quite being right’ is a symptom that the soul is not living to its truest and highest purpose. It’s easily done – with culture having its ideas of how people should live and the conditioning it puts on the impressionable mind, living an authentic life has never been more difficult than it is today.

I outline what I perceive authenticity to be, why it happens, and give several practical steps to bring yourself back into alignment with your dharma.
